Overview

The KYG JD4/10 Vacuum Gold & Silver Bar Casting Machine is designed for reliable, high-quality bullion casting under vacuum conditions. Capable of producing up to four 1kg gold or silver bars or a single bar up to 15kg in each cycle, it uses PLC controls and induction heating to ensure precise temperature management and reduced oxidation.

This system supports both automatic and manual modes, allowing operators flexibility in workflow. Built-in protections—including nitrogen or argon atmosphere and a 63 m³/hour vacuum pump—create an optimal environment for smooth, dense, and oxidation-free bars. Two models (JD4 and JD10) are available for different capacity and power needs.
