Overview
The KYG 20–30kg Tilting Gold Melting Furnace is a medium frequency IGBT induction system designed for rapid, efficient melting of precious and non-ferrous metals including gold, silver, copper, brass, and bronze. It features a split design with easy tilting, enabling safe pouring of molten metal without splashing. With a maximum temperature of 1800°C and selectable power ratings of 25kw or 35kw, it can melt up to 30kg of gold in 6–8 minutes.
This furnace delivers reliable, continuous duty operation and is equipped with advanced safety features such as a built-in water pump for cooling, an omni-directional warning system, and detachable crucible and safety refractory shell for convenient maintenance. The robust induction technology ensures energy-efficient operation and strong mixing for homogeneous melts, making it a versatile choice for professional refineries and industrial applications.
