Overview

The KYG 1–4kg Platinum Melting Furnace is purpose-built for industrial melting of platinum, gold, palladium, silver, and copper. Utilizing advanced IGBT induction heating, it can reach a maximum temperature of 2800℃, allowing for the efficient and homogeneous melting of metals in as little as 2–3 minutes depending on the selected model. The system integrates a built-in water pump and water-cooling technology to ensure continuous operation, safety, and extended equipment lifespan.

Designed with intuitive controls and comprehensive safety features—including alerts for overcurrent, overheating, and water shortage—the KYG furnace meets the rigorous needs of jewelry making, scrap metal processing, and laboratory metal analysis.
