Overview

Castaldo Super High Strength Medium Hardness Silicone Jewelry Molding Rubber is engineered for demanding jewelry mold applications, offering a unique combination of medium hardness and exceptional tear and tensile strength. This tan-colored rubber is supplied with a special release lining on both sides, making it suitable for intricate designs, spirals, cores, cut-outs, and plugs, as well as for general-purpose mold making.

The compound can be paired with Econosil® for added stiffness or dimensional stability and combined with SuperStretch for specialized needs such as cores and spirals. Available in traditional strips, this rubber is versatile, easy to handle, and designed to deliver reliable results throughout the molding process. Complete instructions are provided in each box for optimal use.
