Overview

Castaldo Rapido Silicone Jewelry Molding Rubber is designed for rapid jewelry mold production, offering curing times up to three times faster than standard silicone rubbers. With vulcanization at 93°C (200°F), Rapido forms robust, highly detailed molds in as little as 10–20 minutes, depending on mold size. Its low 0.1% shrinkage ensures excellent precision and fit for wax injections.

This rubber is soft, pliable, and easy to handle—ideal for both simple and complex mold shapes. The self-releasing molds create shiny wax surfaces with less finishing required and cut easily with minimal hand fatigue. All standard tools and packing techniques for other Castaldo rubbers apply, requiring no changes in workflow.
