Overview

KYG AWF2 Jewelry Annealing Furnace is designed for precision heat treatment of precious metals such as gold, silver, and platinum in jewelry manufacturing. It operates by heating the metal above the recrystallization temperature and subsequently cooling it to achieve desired mechanical properties. The furnace supports a maximum temperature of 1100°C with a 9kW power rating, enabling efficient annealing cycles within 40–60 minutes.

This system features ammonia gas protection to prevent oxidation and discoloration of the metal surfaces, ensuring high-quality results. It incorporates intelligent PID temperature control for stable, continuous operation, as well as safety features like alarms and ammonia decomposition regulation. The spacious working chamber makes it suitable for a wide range of metal materials and jewelry components.
